This week the service team from (Toteco formerly De Groene Daken) visited me and resolved the problem. Although it's a shame it took so long, I have to say that every effort has been made this week to resolve the problem. I am now awaiting a compensation offer
This is an update to my previous review from September 2023.
The installation worked well for about 3 months and then suddenly after heavy rainfall it failed completely. Technicians came to have a look once and were unable to solve the problem (low insulation resistance). Then there was radio silence, phone calls are no longer answered and emails are no longer responded to. My installation has now been completely offline for almost 2 months and everything points to a defective installation, but this company does not care. I hope that they will soon resolve the problem and fulfill their warranty obligations.
