Bad experiences with Solarsjop here too. Purchased solar panels from Solarsjop in 2022, partly because of the wonderful representative. Unfortunately, the installation did not go well, it was too late and it took 5 days to install, each time with other non-Dutch speaking employees (so none of their own as stated in the quotation) who knew nothing about what had been agreed.
After installation, the installation did not work properly for 3 weeks, kept breaking down, had a technician visit 3 times but only the last one (Joris himself) knew what it was, they replaced the fuse in the inverter. (The fuse in it was apparently too weak) but they also installed a different inverter than we had discussed.
It wasn't until months later that I received an invoice, and then I saw that it had a different inverter than the one on the quote, and so did the panels (this was known).
I then tried to make contact by sending emails and calling, but unfortunately no one responded.
So I did not pay the entire invoice, but only part of it because it was incorrect, and I also made this very clear through emails.
Haven't heard anything for over 14 months and suddenly a not so nice email from a collection agency (Het Debiteurenhuis in Breda). I responded immediately, with all the evidence and also proof that my proceeds as discussed were far from being achieved. Immediately I also paid the rest, except for a few 100 euros, but I wanted to have everything resolved first.
But unfortunately, no contact is possible with Joris solarsjop, he does not respond to anything and the Debtor House is just as bad. They throw up amounts that are far too high from a legal perspective, send threatening letters and cannot be contacted here either.
Ultimately, legal assistance was called in, but they also responded in their favor, they believe they are above the law.
My insurance paid for everything, I wanted to get rid of the whining, because I wanted to make a case out of it and then I know for sure that I was in the right, but it cost me too much energy... I can't stand injustice and what Solarsjop does is just injustice and he feels better than the rest.
Now that everything has been paid, he has not responded to anything yet, because I have much less revenue than promised.
Joris does not care about everything that is stated in their conditions, he thinks I have received the money and they don't care about me.
Let this be a warning to other possible customers, do not buy here because if it doesn't go well, Solarsjop is of no use to you. They blame the customer and do nothing if you withhold part of your invoice (which is legally allowed).
And if Joris comes here with an answer, I have all the proof, Joris came up with nothing when he said that everything was up to us.
The representative also does not respond to his emails, so I think he no longer works for Solarsjop.
I read the same experiences in more reviews if there is a malfunction or problem, great customer service Solarsjop.

And he said that panels had been delivered that would generate more, he paid these costs himself, Joris said, which is nonsense because he called 4 times that the ordered panels were not there and we were never able to check what the price of the panels that are now on it are.
I have seen that there is no difference if you have panels that generate 5 kW more.
NAV RESPONSE SOLARSJOP: Solarsjop continues to lie, we are not at fault but Solarsjop.
He did not adhere to anything, never sent a payment reminder and did not respond to anything, while it now appears, in response to his response to my review, that he did receive my lengthy emails with all my evidence. And I could choose from legal aid, either make a case out of it or they would pay everything, even though that amount was also incorrect, and I wanted to get rid of it.
I gave you the opportunity to come by afterwards because the proceeds were not achieved, but you did not respond to this either.
I'm just telling the truth here, of which there is also evidence here, only you turn everything around as you do with several customers who have problems with Solarsjop.
