Received our solar panels last week after a long process. After the appointment with NovaVolt, we had a good feeling about the product and the people within the team. We received help with the environmental permit and then the installation team came to do its work. They informed us well about the installation, the setbacks (old house) and the solutions. All in all, a super good investment with a good partner.

NOvavolt canceled his appointment for the 5th time today. Keeping agreements made appears to be very difficult for this company and it is worrying how easy it is to cancel. One moment they would come by, then this would be turned into a team meeting and they couldn't even make that happen. How would they install the solar panels? This process of keeping agreements has been going on for 2 months... Unfortunately, a company that has no standards and values...

We chose Novavolt at the time based on the quality of the products and the good feeling about the explanation given by the advisor (Marinka). During the installation, it turned out that only high-quality professionals were working together, from roofer to installer to electrician. There was almost disappointment after the job was not completed as agreed. But both our advisor and the installation planning have done everything they can to complete the work on time around the holidays. This makes us feel taken seriously and it confirms Novavolt's right choice. Another aspect that we have experienced as rare and valuable is telephone accessibility. We have contacted several times. The drop-down menu indicates that existing customers come first. And it shows! Because after choosing an existing customer, you will quickly receive a helpful employee from the company on the phone. And always someone with knowledge and problem-solving skills. Johan and Joost, we may not have been the easiest, but you have always helped us well. Worthless, after 2 months it still doesn't work as it should. No response to email or voicemail. I carried out some work during the construction itself. Quality is less than expected for this price.
