REVIEW AFTER 36 MONTHS: Do not work with this company at the moment! The solar system is shutting down on a daily basis. It's not the grid; something is wrong with the inverter or the installation. The problem first appeared just 3 months after installation and has gotten progressively worse over time. Customer service has not responded to a total of 5 emails and several phone calls. This is a far cry from the initial great installation and process with very competent installers.

Top notch team, very knowledgeable and extremely friendly! Amazing service. Very happy with how everything has gone. 10/10 would do it again.

The most frustrating process ever. It's been over a year ago since they first came to check everything for an installations. Long story short, they showed up 3 times, left with excuses and promises of contact and have been nigh unreachable. We call every week and everytime we hear that our advisor needs to contact us, and that we'll be called, but nothing. This has been going on for months where we are just ghosted and ghosted. Every once in a while we'll receive an email saying how bad they feel about the situation and make promises, but the fact is it's been over a year, and there is zero contact, no solution in sight and above all a complete lack of communication. Update after review: Since the review there has been contact and another installation date with another party, seems promising. Doesnt take away that all communication leading up to this is really bad still.

After several delays the solar panels were installed successfully on our roof. We were initially unsatisfied by the way our initial appointment for installing the panels was postponed without prior notice on the same day, allegedly because some components were missing (couldn't they have checked this and warned us at least the day before?). The second appointment was also unsuccessful, apparently because they didn't enter the agreed date into their system and nobody showed up on that second day either. After our complain, Mr Wouda took charge of the situation and made sure that everything would go smooth from that moment on. He found a spot for us just two days after this second failed appointment and followed our case closely to ensure that everything was going fine. The installation went well and everything was dealt with professionally. Also the procedure for getting the VAT back seems to be very efficiently managed. In summary, our experience was quite negative at the beginning but positive at the end.
