Very disappointing. After calling four times about uncertainty about the installation (whether or not to remove moss on the roof) and finally making an appointment about this, it was reported a day before the installation that the panels could not be installed. After much effort on our part, we were unable to resolve it. I can imagine that this could be a great option if your roof is not too 'special'. In terms of customer friendliness and keeping agreements, I would really advise against this organization.

We have traveled a long journey together. Overall very satisfied from start to finish, unfortunately we were the victims of an incompetent installer. (subcontractor Elda) This meant that we spent months on the installation. Yesterday, ChangeStoom revised the entire installation itself and reinstalled and connected everything. 4 stars because we are certainly satisfied with the change flow and how it was resolved. The last star would have been there if there had been a skilled installer the first time. Advice for the company, properly screen and check contractors. Saves us all headaches!

Perfect from request to installation! The consultant takes plenty of time to assess the roof, measure it and then make a suitable proposal. 3 weeks later the technicians showed up at our door and did excellent workmanship throughout the installation. We are very satisfied with our Belinus panels and Changestroom!
