One of the poor Installer in the market, I have reported a issue on my inverter for almost 2 weeks now. When I call customer care I am getting response as the concerned team will be reaching/reverting me, which never happened. They dont give a exact turn around time for anything we speak :( If given a chance will rate them in negative

They are friendly and professional but never answer the phone or emails. At the beginning they are answering immediately and provide all the info. When you sign the contract they stop answering. They installed the panels couple of months later than planned. Two months after the installation I am still without the app to monitor the energy. Of course I asked but zero answer

My solar panel system was planned by EnergieWonen company and it was implemented in November, 2022. But they damaged my roof during the installation and my roof started leaking after the installation. When I first reported the issue to EnergieWonen company, they sent their technicians for inspection and those technicians explained us that the leakage was caused by the installation. Somehow, later on EnergieWonen company claimed that it is not clear, therefore they would not help us to repair the roof. Upon on the request of EnergieWonen company, I had my rood checked by a professional roofing company and they also concluded the damage occurred during the installation of the solar panels. On top of that, I contacted my insurance company and my roof was additionally checked by an expert arranged by my insurance company. Their comment was same as others. The expert told me that if I sued EnergieWonen company, the damage would be confirmed by the expert assigned by law court and EnergieWonen company would be sentenced to repair that. Still EnergieWonen company is not interested in the issue. I arranged a roofing company to repair my roof, but some solar panels need to be temporarily removed for repair. I again contacted EnergieWonen company for temporarily removal of the solar panels but they never reply my emails on time and they are not willing to help with that, even though the damage originally caused by their installation team. I fully regret to work with EnergieWonen company and I would never advice anyone to work with them for a solar system.

Very happy with the installation crew. Mr. Damian has done amazing job to make sure no cables are visible in the house. EnergieWonnen itself forced me to do 6 hours of manual work to prepare the garden which turned out to be redundant after all.

DO NOT buy solar panels here!! I signed the contract in October, they visited my house for inspection twice, everything was fine, and then, few weeks before delivery they have decided to add significant costs. Unprofessional and embarassing. I lost 6 months with them.
