    Update 2. The legal aid confirms that DLE has acted incorrectly and the lawyer confirms that I can implement the solution. DLE is not participating in this solution. Namely DLE has left the water mess under the laminates and DLE is not cleaning it up. Then I hired another company to repair this. The invoice for DLE has been reduced by these repair costs. Update 1 In response to DLE's response to my review, here is my response. I have asked DLE 4 times by email whether DLE would remove the water from under the laminates. This can be done by temporarily removing the laminates. But DLE said every time that DLE does not carry out this job, namely: 1. DLE emailed on January 19 that it should give drying time. But we have already given 24 days time. It doesn't get dry. The attic is about 17 degrees and there is sufficient ventilation there. The hung clothes were dry within one or two days. 2. DLE sent a technician to report the situation. The technician told me that he could feel the water under the laminates. But later DLE emailed me that the technician told DLE that there is no water under the laminates. I then had to measure the moisture meter. According to this measurement, the water is in the laminates. This means that DLE (or technician) lied about the technician's report. 3. DLE emailed me that I can rent a dehumidifier. The water leak was caused on January 4, 2024. Today is April 11, 2024 and that is 3 months later. But the water under the laminates does not go away after 3 months, because it is sealed under the laminates. So the dehumidifier in the attic will not help. DLE emailed me about the dehumidifier on March 20, 26 and April 5. I then had to repeat again and again that a dehumidifier will not help. DLE and I continue to reiterate our own positions. This is no longer an open conversation, as you mention in your review, but endless conversations without results. During the quotation phase I emailed DLE: “Is the mess left neatly tidy?” DLE emailed: “Of course, we will take everything with us!” Then I approved this assignment. This assignment contains two tasks: cleaning up rubbish (including water) and installing a heat pump. DLE performed one task of installing and DLE later changed his mind that DLE is not going to perform the second task of cleaning up the mess (water). DLE does not take its assignment seriously and DLE is negligent. Because DLE does not perform this second task. Most of the information I have mentioned here can be substantiated with evidence from videos, photos and emails. Original DLE caused a major water leak of 372 liters in the attic. The entire attic floor was wet and the ceiling and floor of the living floor below the attic were also wet. DLE solved a small part of that and left a large part behind, namely there is still water under the laminates in the attic. DLE sent its engineer to report the situation. The technician told me that he indeed felt the water under the laminates. But DLE later emailed me that the technician said there is no water under the laminates. The mechanic and DLE told me different stories. Then I measured a moisture meter under the laminates. According to this meter the water is still present. That means DLE (or mechanic) has changed his story. That's annoying. Now it is three months later and there is still water under the laminates. There is an insulation layer under the laminates. The insulation function of this layer no longer works, because the water is in this insulation. There may be mold and odor later. That's the damage. DLE emailed me that DLE will not remove the water from under the laminates. This means that DLE does not carry out its assignment. This assignment states that DLE must clean up its mess (water). It is annoying that DLE does not complete its assignment. That's why I DO NOT recommend DLE to you.
