My inverter broke down. I called and a few days later he showed up on my doorstep with a reconditioned inverter. A few days later it broke too. Then I called him again. Then he came back a few days later with a reconditioned inverter.
He connected it and then the trouble started. My yield on sunny days was +/- 70% less than before. Called again and he said he would contact the manufacturer Fronius. And would call me back if he had contacted the manufacturer. After 1 week I still had no response. Then I called him. But he doesn't pick up the phone anymore. Neither mobile nor landline. To this day he has not responded with the solution. I contacted the manufacturer myself. And it read my inverter remotely. And confirmed to me that the solar panels are connected incorrectly. There are 2 inputs on the inverter. Which he enabled. And I only have 1 input in use. He should have disabled the other entrance. Fronius adjusted this remotely. Within 15 minutes I had the answer from fronius. And it's been running like a charm ever since. But the conclusion is: you should not go to this company for service/solutions.
