Unfortunately, I have been waiting for two months for action from Hallostroom to repair a broken solar panel. I sent photos upon request and have now contacted them 3 times. People are no longer responding. b Last Monday it appears that no one can be reached by telephone anymore. “Spoke” via chat with someone who would have a colleague call me back regarding my complaint. Unfortunately, we still haven't heard anything. Try again today and seek legal assistance. Pity….

Why am I getting spam from you? That is contrary to AFG legislation and also from a very vague company. This smells like a scam!

Fantastic concept, you can leave your money for solar panels in your bank or, if you don't have that money, you can still purchase solar panels for an acceptable rental amount and very important, the amount remains the same for 15 years. This also allows people with lower incomes to purchase solar panels. More expensive ? That's just the question: a) you immediately have energy savings b) you are assured of excellent solar panels and installation (Hallostroom has an interest in preventing maintenance costs) so excellent returns c) you are taken care of, help with operating problems and repairs at no cost. d) if you sell your house within 7 years, you will have had solar panels with low energy costs without investing and your house will yield more. That happened to us, you can also transfer the contract to the buyer as a condition for purchasing a house. The buyer has a rental contract for a shorter number of years, which after 15 years (end date remains the same, it is her/his property. e) now also supplies a battery with a smart energy regulator. 'Everything in one hand'! Finally, a pleasant and professional organization, where enthusiastic people work, where fortunately things can go wrong every now and then. But that ties in with my life motto: the worst thing that can happen to you is that you don't make mistakes and sometimes that can even make you better. I have no interest in Hallostroom and no family relationship, etc. We live in Venlo.
