    Great quality, customer focus and service. Unexpectedly, minor damage occurred to the roof when installing the solar panels. The way in which DHI Techniek repaired the damage and showed that they were genuinely involved with their customers was refreshing and very nice. I highly recommend DHI Techniek.

    Solar panels neatly installed in early November. However, the installers did not use a stair lift that was included in the quotation, but used a normal ladder. This caused a break in the gutter and we now have a leak. Unfortunately, nothing will be done about our complaint and we will have to pay for the repair costs ourselves. It would be in the "fine print" of the agreement. However, this damage could have been prevented with the use of good equipment. So there is no service to the customer.

    One of my worst decisions in life was joining this company. They installed the panel in my home but it is not working within a month and after hundreds of emails and phone calls there has been no response from them. It's so frustrating. Don't even think about getting solar panels from that. If something goes wrong during installation, you're doomed.

    Very poor internal communication within company!!!!! If there are problems, as a customer you have to wait a very long time until one of the employees comes to the door. What good is a 25-year warranty from DHI if simple problems cannot be resolved in time or only internal errors occur? Pfff they still have a lot to learn....guarantee to the door!

    I fully agree with the reviews below. We received the quote quickly, but as soon as something goes wrong, communication is far from good. There is no response, when you call you are told that you will be called back, which does not happen. In the meantime, dozens of emails and a lot of frustration. When receiving reminders of our outstanding payment, I kindly refer DHI to our previously sent communication, so that they can respond properly before I pay the remainder. You should simply respond to complaints, no matter how busy it is.
