      READ THIS - HONEST REVIEW - STAY AWAY I regret to say that my experience with this tax service was nothing short of a disaster. Here’s a breakdown of where things went horribly wrong: • Poor Communication: Their communication was virtually non-existent. I was left in the dark until the very last minute, and even then, I only heard from them because I persistently reached out and constantly had to ask for updates. This lack of professionalism in communication was shocking . • Failed Responsibilities: The pinnacle of their incompetence was their failure to file my taxes on time. Despite my explicit approval on January 31st (last minute because they didn’t communicate on time!), they never filed the taxes, leading to over 6700 euros request from the belastingdienst, with more than 200 euros fines directly due to their negligence. First an employee also tried to say that I did not approve of the tax filing which was a lie as I had emails proving that I approved them, which was extremely unprofessional. • Refusal to Acknowledge Mistakes: When I sought some form of accountability through a partial refund, my question got ignored. My requests were ignored until a phone call with the secretary revealed refunds were out of the question. This blatant disregard for client satisfaction and accountability is unacceptable. • Invoicing Incompetence: Their organizational chaos didn’t stop there. They continued to bill me for 2024, ignoring my clear instructions that I no longer required their services AND NEVER SIGNED UP FOR 2024 in the first place! It took an absurd amount of time and energy to resolve this issue, further highlighting their disarray and lack of respect for client directives. • Understaffed and Disorganized: It’s evident they’re running an understaffed operation, unable to manage their client load effectively or are just simply incompetent . My interactions, or lack thereof, lacked any semblance of professionalism. The initial warning sign was a meeting that began 20 minutes late with Nick, a foretaste (and in hindsight warning-sign) of the disrespect and inefficiency that characterized their “service.” This firm’s performance was not only deeply disappointing but also financially damaging. Their failure to fulfill the most basic of their duties is actually shocking. I strongly advise anyone considering their services to look elsewhere. There are plenty of reputable professionals who understand the importance of responsibility, communication, and respect for their clients. Answer to the comment that was made: Not true at all. It was finalized on the 31.01 last minute because there was no work done by you all the weeks before and I constantly had to reach out because I never received updates. I also approved it on the 31.01. Almost 2 months later I had to reach out again on my own because the btw was not filed at all in the end. Zero accountability on your part. Amount due is +-6700 euros of which 3% fine and 68 of fine for not filing.

      I came to Belastingadvies back in 2018 when I had just opened my one-man company. Very green in business, not knowing anything and most importantly, not knowing any Dutch, Nick, the owner of the business, took a meeting with me personally and very patiently explained everything to me. Throughout the years, he has always been available for any kind of questions, in-person meetings, as well as online ones, if needed. I could not recommend highly enough both Nick and the whole team! High quality service, friendly, timely and definitely not expensive either, which was of great help to me when I was starting. If you need an accountant, book a meeting with them, you won't regret it.

      Belastingadvies Groningen is the best tax advisors in Groningen.They are approachable, personable and professional accountants whom I can highly recommend.
