SCAMMERS! Not even worth 1 star. Started my company in 2023 and started working with this company. Nothing but problems. Bad contact throughout the year and only mistakes that were made. Now they have to file my 2023 income tax, but I have not received a response for over 2 months. I barely did anything for a whole year, but I did enjoy running with my money. I certainly won't stop there, believe me!

To my great regret I have to give 1 star, which I normally don't do easily. Unfortunately, I called fortiori admin bv almost every week and every day for more than 2 months just to complete last year and transfer the accounting to another accountant. I also personally drove to Amsterdam and I still can't get any further than calling the telephone receptionist. I still hope that there will be a concrete solution at some point, because this is really not okay and I have not often felt so unheard. Very unprofessional company with a high risk of damage within your company. I filed the VAT return twice on the 1st of the month, which I believe should be done on the last day of the month and then no contact.... I hope to hear from fortiori admin bv soon. Tomorrow we will have an appointment with the lawyer, very annoying that this has to come to this.

I had my tax return filed last year, after I asked when they could file my tax return again for last year, I received the following message via an app: "Hi, I understand that we are going to be too busy with the tax returns and that is why we unfortunately cannot serve you. We will help the customers who are with us during the year. Our apologies." So worthless. Will not be responded to by email but will be passed on via a contact person on the app.

If I could give 0 stars I would. In my experience, these are simply scammers. Very friendly and helpful and responsive when registering, but once the annual subscription costs were paid nothing happened and it is impossible to get in touch or make appointments.
