Bad experience with Best4u, now more than a year later they have delivered 1 site half baked out of 3, I called the DGA who sent me to Tim Kroes and it still hangs there, never no more Best4u for me even though I have € 3153.00 paid and got a great site in return that doesn't even run normally because the template keeps popping off due to an error.

They responded very sportily when I objected to a price increase. Nicely solved!

Best4u or better said best in scam. At first it looks great. Until you sign contracts. If you arrange contracts and small print in this way, they will get you. And then complete the work quickly. And then you have to sign quickly and you don't even have time to check the work. Unfortunately everything was wrong. I pointed out to them the mistakes that had been made and asked them to correct them, but no! What a bunch of nonsense and then don't say anything anymore. I point out to them the agreement made via email, but they deny it. And hide behind their contract. And I am told that it is all good. Well, let me tell you, this entire assignment + the additional costs of the damage that Best4U caused were of course my responsibility. Because I didn't hear anything anymore, I completely lost confidence and I had to go to someone else. Because of course my company must also continue. Remember, this process took six months and was never resolved. Numerous messages sent but never a response or even being blocked by the representative. They structure their contracts in such a way that they drain you. I lost more than 10,000 euros to best4U. Even the legal assistance insurance companies say that you have to be a lawyer for their contracts! I'm never one to post this type of message but I was scammed by this company and had to pay more than double the fees for something I never asked for. Dear people, watch out for this company!
