Update: The work was carried out in February and it took until June for emails, phone calls and WhatsApp messages to various people within the organization to be responded to. It was often promised that everything would now be handled quickly, but it took until July before things were settled. There was a lot of dropout and illness, which meant that not everything could be picked up and completed in time, that was the response. The owner dealt with the complaints himself and then everything started to work out again. Hence from 1 star to 3 stars. Original review: After installing a heat pump, where a mistake has been made twice during the installation, the other agreements are not fulfilled. The work was carried out in February and I am still waiting for a number of things. After many calls, WhatsApp messages and emails to various people within the organization, promising that everything would now be handled quickly, this is still not the case. Very annoying. Perhaps things will still be finalized after reading this review. Rating: 1 star.

Requested a quote on December 12 for a heat pump with 12 solar panels. After not hearing anything for two months, I called on February 1 to see what was going on. They had not been working on it yet, but the answer was that you will be called or emailed today. After not hearing from them, I called again on February 8, but the person in question, Mr. Hagen, was in a meeting and would call me back. This did not happen either, so on February 22 they announced that they could tear up the quotation. Apparently the industry is doing so well that they have no time for the normal citizen. They could have at least contacted me, but that didn't happen. Because of these types of practices I would not recommend this company to anyone.
