"Move fast and break things" may be a good motto for a Silicon Valley tech firm, less so for a moving company. While the pre-move experience was excellent, with rapid communication and accommodation of special requests, the move itself left much to desire. Most of the furniture that was moved was dented or damaged in one way or another. The standard of care was, amongst other things, evident in the fact that a claim that "all mattresses must be wrapped" could immediately be disproved by photographic evidence. The owner has acknowledged that mistakes were made during this move and offered a discount. However, that does not justify a higher score than one star - we've still ended up with damaged property and a massive waste of time sorting all this out.

Incredible experience from the moment we booked online right until we said goodbye to the crew. Tom, Tom (yes 2 Toms) and Carlos were beyond professional. They made a stressful move feel so much easier and always said “don’t worry - we’ve got this”. Moving in Amsterdam isn’t easy but we can say without a doubt that if you want the best movers, Snelle Verhuizers should be your first and only call.

All in all I had a great moving experience with this company. The Mover was very friendly, efficient and made sure that all my thing arrived safely. The prices are very reasonably and the company very non-dutch friendly (employees on the phone and at scene spoke English and it was easy to communicate). Thank you to the Team :)

Best movers I've ever hired! They worked very quickly and were super friendly and nice. When my couch did not fit up the stairs of my new apartment they went above and beyond to find a workaround. Fantastic service and a bargain for the price.

Surprise! Twice as expensive as the original quote. Although they don't admit and blame us (which shows how professional they are), we got charged 1900 EUR to move a 2 bedroom apartment. Although it was OBVIOUS that we wanted assembly and disassembly on the day of the move, to our surprise, the service was not included at the day of the move, even though on the email exchanges they said they don't charge extra for it just the additional hourly rate, giving us the impression that nothing else needed to be done from our part! A bunch of furniture stayed behind because of this mistake and we ended up paying twice as much. The move took Friday and then Sunday, we almost missed the date to deliver the keys of our apartment. The one star is to their moving team which was very friendly everything else BE ADVISED.
