Unfortunately a somewhat poor experience with Doko. In May 2021, we started requesting quotes from various companies for a large part of our frames and doors, including the fascias, including Doko. Visited in June to prepare a quote and had an interview at their office in De Meern. They weren't the cheapest, but their promise was that they could deliver faster than other companies, namely November that same year as opposed to several other companies that could deliver around May 2022. This was worth something to us and we were willing to pay a little extra. The agreement was that we had to sign before the summer holidays. We extended this over the summer holidays, so the new date became mid-January. We received a call a week before the planned date. The installation date was postponed due to staff shortages and Corona and the frames were also delivered later due to staff shortages in the frame factory. Unfortunately, nothing can be done about it. We thought it could happen. February was approaching. Another call, everything has to be rescheduled due to Corona and other staff shortages. The installation date was the end of March. A bit annoyed that it was rescheduled again, but anyway, also for their force majeure, so we will wait again. For the umpteenth time my employer has postponed my holiday and I have to wait again. We are in March. Another call. Unfortunately, we have rescheduled the date again. This time to the beginning of May, because of Corona and illness again. For them it was also force majeure so they couldn't do anything about it. Oh yes, if we also wanted to make some money on the side. The materials of the glass had become more expensive. Whether we wanted to pay an extra 2000 euros. We were completely perplexed by that. As a company, you can't afford to not fulfill your agreements and demand extra money in the meantime, can you? Fortunately, they couldn't do this either, since we had just signed a purchase contract and the price was already fixed. This was also clearly explained that we did not agree with this so that was it. The window frames were finally installed in May. Nothing to comment about that. Good technicians and good quality window frames too. The end product turned out beautiful, the road to it was a drama

We have had plastic frames with HR++ glass from Doko for a week now and we are SUPER happy with them. Less noise, more warmth and for the first time in years a living room without cold and drafts. The staff is also top notch. Martijn and Pascal are hard and precise workers and also very polite and friendly. They really give you a feeling of “the customer is king” oh yes and they are also real animal friends

I recently thought that my front door and the windows next to it might be better arranged differently. Requested various quotes and entered showrooms. The way in which Doko thought along with my question and the advice was very pleasant. The quoted price was lower than the first one I requested and they were able to get started even sooner! On the day itself, two nice technicians arrived who only needed half a day to remove the old door and windows and install the new ones. With double glazing and sturdy hinges and locks. Super happy with it!
