In mid-September 2022, plastic window frames were installed by the company BK Kozijnen. We were in contact at the end of 2021 and had a quote drawn up. Based on the quotation, approval was given for delivery and installation of the frames. From the first contact everything went correctly; appointments for an exploratory meeting, preparation of a quotation, delivery and installation of window frames, all as agreed. Questions throughout the entire process were answered adequately, and it was striking that there is a lot of knowledge and expertise in the company and that solutions were thought about. Because we live in a 1930s house and corners and walls are rarely straight, we found it exciting how it would ultimately look. Well, hats off, the frames are super tight, craftsmanship! Everything on the inside is neatly finished with plastic finishing skirting boards in the same color as the window frames. This is a family business where people work with passion, deliver quality and keep agreements. If we want something with window frames again, we will immediately contact BK Kozijnen. Recommended!

A beautiful front door in 2023 and a beautiful shed frame installed in 2024 by BK plastic frames. Very neat and nice people also with places. Everything was neatly arranged and very happy. We recommend this company! Hans and Sonja

Unacceptable, Damaged and unfinished!! Refuse to resolve B.K. Window frames e.g. Emmen started installing plastic window frames and facade cladding with us. We deeply regret that we chose them. Chose them because it seemed like a friendly family business, but we now feel ripped off and ripped off... Installation is done with brute force and haste. There is damage to the house. Frames and cladding were also damaged during installation, so they no longer look new. The ugliest kit work ever, window frames have been replaced in a different location. The bathroom window is not finished, other parts are already coming loose, dirty, broken or installed in the wrong color. Also left a huge mess behind, the polyurethane foam is even still on the wall! In response to this it was indicated that they would not be a cleaning company!? Even though it is clearly not yet complete and the interim result is worthless, the only answer is pay, pay, pay... The company does not respond to the complaints I send, the only response I have had is that they do not think they need to complete or solve anything first, but pay first and maybe?? then still watch?? Am I being scammed?? It's giving me sleepless nights! Even though I have continued to send complaints, the only response is to call in a collection agency!? Of course, I have also objected here!!!

I had plastic frames and doors for my entire home done by BK company. I am very satisfied and happy with the work delivered. The men at BK are very honest and they have done a very nice job and all the frames are very tight. That's why I'm very happy to make the right choice for this company. We made contact at the end of 2022 and had a quote drawn up. We were immediately told that there was a waiting period of approximately 6 months. Everything will be installed at the beginning of June 2023. From the first contact everything went smoothly; appointments, preparation of quotation, post-measurement, colours, fittings, delivery and installation of window frames all as agreed. Questions during the entire process were answered adequately, and you noticed that there is a lot of knowledge and expertise in the company and that solutions were thought about. Fortunately, a 3-sided window with a 4-sided frame could also be made and installed upstairs in the bedrooms. Because nothing was square, they finished it very nicely. Hats off, frames and doors with security locks are super tight, craftsmanship! Everything on the inside is neatly finished with plastic skirting boards in the same color as the window frames. Everything was also neatly sealed. We have experienced BK as a friendly family business where quality and customization are delivered and agreements are kept. Had nice conversations. We will definitely recommend them if people ask us!
