Does what is expected, I did not experience it as thinking along. She is not very accessible due to many absences/other priorities. Completed administrative matters very poorly, therefore 1 star, otherwise 3. Difference on the balance sheet of a few thousand euros is not explained, even after 4 questions. Is simply brushed off.

I was looking for a new accountant for my company. My previous one had made quite a mess. Through a friend I came across Mrs. Kalf-de Graas from De Graas Administratie. It was easy to make an appointment and once I arrived I was warmly welcomed. I received very clear feedback and left with a burden off my shoulders. How happy I was! Mrs. Kalf-de Graas neatly sorted everything out for me. Her help is enormous. Not only clear but also very involved. I really recommend this company to anyone who wants their bookkeeping to be in order and is looking for an accountant who thinks along! Thank you Jo-Ann, I am now in good spirits again!
