After 7 years with an accountant, I was looking for a new accountant due to the termination of the current accountant's work.
I hesitated between two new accounting firms and initially opted for the other party instead of AdministratieBox. (choice based on nice personal conversations and more extensive software). And how I regretted this!!
After a huge disappointment (not keeping promises, not updating the administration and unnecessarily high bills for minimal additional work), we canceled again after a month and contacted Berton from AdministratieBox again.
Together with Berton, we transferred all our administrations to AdministratieBox within 2.5 hours.
I had contact with Esra several times during the preliminary phase. He provided all the information very clearly and also booked some of my invoices at the time so that I got a good idea of the software. This shows service and wanting to go that extra mile.
The software they develop themselves is super straightforward (in a positive way), very intuitive and does exactly what you need as an entrepreneur. No complicated, dusty accounting software, but very modern, contemporary and offers exactly the insights you want as an entrepreneur.
I have been assigned a permanent accountant (David), who is completely up to date with all 3 companies within a week. This is very nice communication. He keeps a close eye on my administration and discovered, for example, a double-paid invoice. He asks for documents on time and follows me up if necessary, so that I can keep track of my administration and things don't pile up. Everything I upload/submit is processed super quickly, so I have an up-to-date overview at least weekly!
In addition, everyone has their own specialty, which makes everyone extremely skilled. Gemma does my payroll administration. Also points out contractual errors and provides advice where necessary.
Pauline oversees everything and took care of the intake and start-up at AdministratieBox, which went very smoothly.
Finally, I had very nice contact with Yousif, a tax employee who had all the time and patience to explain to me the profit and loss account and balance sheet for our holiday home as an investment.
All in all, everyone is super knowledgeable, friendly and it feels like a well-oiled machine.
Normally I don't write such extensive reviews, but if something goes well, that really deserves to be said.
All in all. I only regret the fact that I didn't switch to AdministratieBox sooner!
