    Have 2 indoor parts and 1 outdoor part installed by Climatic Split System for 2 bedrooms at a fair total price. After all, you don't want your little son to have to sleep in a very hot bedroom when he comes to sleep. Enjoyed working together with motorists. Work neatly.     Climatic had 2 air conditioners installed on 1 outdoor unit. Summers in my apartment are a lot more pleasant! Service was top notch, good advice was given and friendly people were there, installation was arranged within half a day. If you have any questions about maintenance, etc., they are always easily accessible and I receive friendly help. I've had them hanging for over a year now and wish I had done it sooner!

    Bought 2 Daikin air conditioners from Climatic. A total of 6 or more return actions to get them fully working. Defective parts, wrong parts, damaged parts due to installation, software not in order, etc. In the end, it turns out that one of the air conditioners is not in the right place for the intended function (additional heating in addition to the central heating), because it is hanging directly above a radiator. Not convenient. Bad advice. They are no longer at home before the move. I say, find someone else.

    Climatic has installed a heat pump for us and within 2 months they have already come by 5 times to repair a fault or defect. The technician and the office staff make conflicting promises (according to the technician they are always available in the event of a breakdown, including me at the weekend. According to the owner, they can only be reached during office hours during the week). Not nice for an appliance that has to heat your house. In addition, we were to be made an offer for a maintenance contract immediately after installation, but even now after 2 months we have not heard anything about this. I understand, because in the coming years all parts will be replaced under warranty if this continues. When the printed circuit board of the outdoor unit was broken and we were forced to heat the water tank with the emergency element (60 kWh per day instead of 10-12 per day around this time of year) until the new printed circuit board arrived, we asked for compensation. for the extra electricity costs, because it is not normal for a new device costing more than €17,000 to break down 5 times within 2 months. The response was that they 'could not provide any guarantees for their power use during a disruption'. Ultimately, we were able to pay these extra costs ourselves.

    In 2002, when we moved into our (current) home in Etten-Leur, we had Climatic install a new air heater. A maintenance contact was also concluded to have the required preventive maintenance carried out annually. This also happened until 2022, when Climatic announced that it would no longer carry out maintenance on air heaters for private customers. Maintenance was then carried out one more time, but the technician who did that did not know of any alternative for the future. So from one day to the next you are left out in the cold by Climatic. In the autumn of 2023, I called Climatic for an alternative that could carry out the necessary maintenance. After much insistence, I received the name of JP service in Deurne and contacted them. They were willing to carry out the maintenance and an appointment was made within a few weeks. However, the JP technician was shocked at the first sight of my air heater because scorch marks were visible on the inside of the lid. Further investigation revealed that the heat exchanger was broken and the air heater was life-threatening when used and that he had to reject this heater immediately. He also stated that his assessment was that the (regular) maintenance had apparently been carried out inadequately given the condition in which he found the heat exchanger. He said that at least a few years ago warnings should have been given about the wear and tear of the heat exchanger. However, he also suspected that this exchanger had not been cleaned properly in recent years, so that the wear had gone unnoticed. JP has now installed a new air heater. I find it absolutely unacceptable that Climatic has carried out annual maintenance in this way and has therefore exposed me and my family to a real risk of fire and/or carbon monoxide poisoning. It is not exactly the case that the (annual) maintenance was cheap and so you can expect that no risks are taken (especially with gas). I am therefore dissatisfied with Climatic's work.
