I am so happy with my choice of Z8-Water for my mechanical water softener and water purifier. Both from Kinetico. Local company from Hendrik-Ido-Ambacht where you notice that service and customer focus really distinguish them. Valuable business units that no one else can copy. From customer service to technicians to the preview, all very pleasant contact! Installation went very well. Placed in our basement/storage room. That's where our water meter and drain are. The purifier in the sink cabinet. Big compliments to their mechanic Mehmet. What a hard-working go-getter he is. Thinks in solutions and explains everything very well. Please call in advance upon arrival. Really great!! Space for the purifier was very limited. Technician moved existing pipework to create space and did so many extras for us!! We live in Dordrecht and the water is very hard with a lot of lime. No more problems now. You really notice it immediately!! Showering is wonderful and of course I can't say anything about long-term limescale deposits, but that's really good! I can recommend this water treatment company to everyone. Are you in doubt? Uncalled for. DOING!!!

After a long orientation about the possibilities and differences in water softeners (versions, experiences, prices, maintenance, warranty, total package), we finally opted for the water softener from Z8-water. This is due to a competitive price, in combination with a standard 15-year warranty (where other suppliers only give 5 or 10 years, and then in combination with an annual maintenance contract of €100-€150!). After contact I received a quick and competitive quote. Fast delivery after this, and ultimately very satisfied. They immediately set the water softener to the water hardness on location, and now there is no more limescale on the countertop, toilet, shower, etc. Saves a lot of time and effort when cleaning ;-) We previously read about softer hair, less soap/shampoo use, etc., and we now experience that it really is true! The device regenerates independently, and we have never heard anything about this from the device (so nice and quiet). We are very satisfied with the purchase. Yes, it's a small expense, but it increases your comfort enormously!
