We bought pallets for the insane amount of 9 euros per 15 kilo bag. At other stores these bags cost between 6 and 7 euros. It's that the bags were already in the car before we went to pay. But we won't come a second time.

Called 3 times on Wednesday but no one answered. Then I sent an email, but there was no response to that either. I called again on Thursday and got a somewhat unfriendly lady on the phone. I told this lady that I had not been able to contact the company the day before. She did not respond to this and asked what I was calling for. After I explained what I was calling for, she told me she would send someone over. I asked her what exactly this gentleman was going to do and told her that we had already done that ourselves. The lady then said that a sewer unblocking company should be added. Mrs. did not want to give me the telephone number of this company (which I understand of course because Jetten also wants to make money from this). I find the way I was spoken to and how this lady responded to my questions downright rude and unprofessional. The customer is king absolutely does not apply to this company. Because of this approach, I will never purchase a service from this company. A sewer unblocking company is easy to find on the internet and I will certainly do so after talking to this lady.

Lousy service. Always call back. They promise all kinds of things, but in the end they don't call back and therefore don't keep promises. If you speak to them about this, no apology, just nonsense excuses. I can't believe this company still exists. Very poor service provided 7 years ago. But would like to give someone a second chance. But not anymore

No idea what they are like as installers, but they are certainly a danger on the road. Tearing and sticking like crazy. I have to wait until they create a toddler one day...

Very bad service! They never call back or finish their work
