I want to thank Gasservice for helping me with my CV ketel leaking. I found out last night around 10-11pm that my CV ketel was leaking and it was really bad. I called them around 11pm for their 24/7 service but unfortunately no one was able to come which was sad. However, the next day i got a call from them around 8am and then Remco arrived at my house at about 11:30am to fix the leakage. Thank you for much Remco for your kind service and i wish you the very best. Although the engineer came much later than what i expected , i am still happy they came the next day and solve the problem. Keep up the great service. Also very happy that they are able communicate in English for those who are still learning Dutch like me.

Took 4 technicians until my boiler was fixed. Technician 2 & 3 didn't even bother looking at the boiler just upped the pressure. I stood there and asked them directly to check for a leak which they never did. I have to pay extra for 2 & 3 now because they were too lazy too look at my boiler -- I have a contract with them but apparently laziness of there employees isn't covered. The last technician did a great job (the work to fix it apparently is covered). But, I am pretty sure they wanted to string me along and not fix my boiler so they can charge me extra to just 'patch' it. This was their response to my inquiry on the extra charges for 2 & 3 "Naar aanleiding van uw e-mail berichten wij u als volgt: De waterdruk in de ketel was te laag, de monteur heeft moeten bijvullen. Het bijvullen van de ketel valt buiten het contract, hiervoor wordt arbeidsloon in rekening gebracht. Wij hopen u hiermede voldoende te hebben geïnformeerd."

Always quick to help when my old heating system showed error messages. In my 20+ years experience with the company I can recommend their service.

Sat at home today for nothing. Appointment scheduled between 8:00 AM and 12:00 PM, but the mechanic decides to stay in the car from 11:50 AM to 12:15 PM. In the meantime, a new appointment has been scheduled with the company. The mechanic doesn't come to the door out of decency either. There are no appointments here. New rounds next week
