Said goodbye to this company after 11 years. At that time, a new combi boiler was installed and a hot air installation from Brink. A huge investment. Unfortunately, the combi boiler recommended by Admiraal only caused problems. Replacing expensive parts that did not solve the problem. Spent years with a faulty installation. Had many more problems, with many costs. And a new one after more than 10 years. It's ridiculous that an expensive boiler only has a lifespan of 10 years. The last parts that were replaced did not work. But couldn't go back. Boiler died, they offered to send a quote, received after 3 weeks. As if we could go 3 weeks in the autumn without heating and hot water. Of course, send hefty invoices. Even for a 'service' subscription. Very slow to respond to emails. Nice mechanic, probably did his best. But the quality and service of this company is far below standard. We now have a new combi boiler, which of course had it installed by a real professional.

Most unprofessional company ever. The service contract you enter into only does half of what it says. If parts are broken due to no maintenance, they still want to recover all costs from you. After much insistence and effort, I paid half for a new fan. During the next maintenance it is said that the gas block may break. A few days after the maintenance, you guessed it, the gas block is broken. Replace everything, then the fan stops working again due to a short circuit. You call the 24 hour service and all you hear is just don't use the heater because the weather will be nice this weekend. So they decide when I can use it. After sending, water damage turned out to be the cause of the short circuit. The water damage caused by replacing several components that belonged to the gas block. But no, it was not their fault and whether I wanted to pay the full bill for yet another new fan. Made a video showing where the leak is, but sir, your central heating is not hanging above the warm air unit... well, it is! Now there is still a leak, I called the 24 hour service again, but again they did not come. After calling back we were told that we no longer wanted to do business before we paid the bill for the 2nd new fan. People don't engage in discussions with them, because this organization means that you are difficult. They lie and cheat. And there is no service at all! If they can make money they will do anything, but as soon as you have a complaint, nothing can be done and it is not Admiraal's fault but the customer's fault!
