Saman Groep

Dear Sirs, I give 4 stars in advance. But now I have a problem with Saman Group and I hope Saman will fix it soon. Historical reference: 17/01/2024 - I signed the Quotation for Heat Pump installation. Agreement number 4467334. During the next two weeks after quotation signing Saman company should have given me the planned installation date. 31/01/2024 - no installation date provided 06/02/2024 - I asked about the status of planned installation date and received the following: “...They have changed the time for planning, is was 2 weeks and is now 4 weeks…” 14/02/2024 - I asked about the status of the planned installation date. No answer. 20/02/2024 - I asked about the status of the planned installation date. The answer is negative again: “...This is very standaard, due to the busy agenda’s of the planning department…” I appreciate Saman representative doing his best to provide requested information. But my request is still unanswered - I need to know the installation date. I hope this feedback will be noticed by Saman management and I will receive the installation date soon. I hope I will confirm 4 stars after Heat Pump installation. Best regards
