It's getting frustrating not having an answer via email for more than 6 months - with several follow ups from our side but John does not react... We got our solar panels installed by the firm (and it went ok, apart from the fact that during the installation one of the panels felt on the floor and is slightly damaged but apparently works fine). The main problem is that the SolarEdge device was installed without the sticker with its details, so only ZeroGas can login into it on our behalf. We want to have the sticker and the details of our device so we have the proper use of it. Otherwise we always have to count with ZeroGas/John reaction to come and visit us. They say its SolarEdge problem to deliver a device without any information about SN and QR Code, but in the end all I want is to have my app and the device connected on my own. Please support us, we are emailing every month and no reaction is being sent. We cannot rely on your face-to-face visit everytime we need to update or change our home wifi password to update the SolarEdge device. It's unacceptable.

Team Zerogas has once again done its work very well for us. The steps below have been taken. situation mapped out. -Advice was very clear and easy to understand. -Coordinating the costs went satisfactorily for us. -Preparation and installation went very well. -Zerogas even took care of the subsidy application process for us. Have had a heat pump and solar panels installed. Unfortunately the inverter was defective after a few months. A new inverter was installed free of charge within 1 week. The heat pump has had a malfunction a few times, as soon as the report was received an appointment was immediately made and they came to solve the problem the same day. You don't have to pay a cent for this. Unfortunately, a malfunction does happen, but the service is fantastic and the problems are resolved. Class company with excellent service!!!

Our first contact with Contact John from ZEROgas was when we had just bought our new house. I then discussed all the options with John in the evening regarding installing solar panels and a heat pump (we were immediately enthusiastic). During the renovation we had to postpone the dates several times because certain projects were not completed in time for the installation to continue. This was no problem for them. then the war came in Ukraine and certain materials/parts were no longer available. Zerogas duly reported this and did everything it could to receive everything. Today we have a working heat pump system and we are very happy with it. The inverter for the solar panels will arrive soon and they will also be installed.
