When looking for a company to install an all-electric heat pump, we requested a quote from Vedutech. Our first questions were answered during a personal conversation. A few weeks later Jan came by and went through the quotation with us again. And checked on the spot to see if there were any unusual features. After scheduling, the heat pump with separate boiler was installed at the agreed time. Very satisfied with Vedutech and the employees. From the first moment there was confidence that we had made the right choice.

We ended up at Vedutech by chance, but we had a good feeling from the first minute Vedutech has installed a complete heat pump for us. From the first conversations we received a very clear explanation, in a language that we could understand. No difficult terms or words, just in Jip and Janneke language. Everything was clearly explained during our conversations, but all questions were also answered promptly via email. Throughout our entire process, Vedutech helped us find a solution that was tailor-made for us. From the moment we agreed to the complete installation in just 2 months. The installation also went well, and here too everything was done in consultation so that the best possible solution was achieved for us. All in all, an excellent process from quotation stage to complete installation.

We opted for an all-electric heat pump system. Previously, we replaced all the glass with HR++ glazing throughout the house and extra PIF floor insulation. This resulted in a gas saving of approximately 30%. Our consumption became so low that we dared to move to gas-free. After a wander around the www, I ended up at Vedutech, excellent price-wise and quickly available. Jan thought along with us and the deal was quickly closed. Partly due to some additional adjustments, the total installation took approximately 4 days. A lot of fitting and measuring, but in the end it was placed and connected very neatly. And it still works! Did nothing go wrong? Not really. Something went slightly wrong with the built-in anti-legionella program, which was resolved by the manufacturer within 1 week. After six months of use, the noise of the water through the pipes started to irritate too much. Email to Jan, received instructions to lower the central heating pump and that was also resolved. How are you doing now? The system has kept our house pleasantly warm and the electricity consumption has also pleasantly surprised us. Can recommend it to everyone! Vedutech has installed a heat pump and boilers for our Bed & Breakfast to allow our guests to enjoy their stay in a sustainable way!
