Never experienced such a bad company. I have a problem that has not been resolved yet, someone came to take a look at the beginning of February, he couldn't find anything so they would call us back. As of April 7, 2024, I haven't heard from them yet. I have already called 5 times and keep hearing that they still have to figure it out, they have absolutely no idea what I am talking about. But they did send an invoice for that visit. That gentleman smelled of sewage, heavy rolling tobacco, alcohol, urine and sweat. left smelly bathroom. I had gone to a lot of trouble to get rid of that stench...just filthy. Stairs smeared with poop and the entire bathroom was covered in sealant. I should have cleaned that up hours ago. Also shower coupling scratched. This is really not normal. But I have to pay 165 euros. This is so bad. I'm going to court because I don't accept something like that. This is terribly bad and don't lie to me. Never this company!!!!!!!!

Poor service, initially a leaking radiator seems to have been resolved. 1 week later leakage in exactly the same spot. Spent all day pumping out the boiler while another technician indicated that this was not necessary at all, but then you cannot claim by the hour, of course. In addition, they also send an incorrect invoice where the technician would be here much longer, after calling and waiting to be called back they corrected this by 30 euros. Very dissatisfied and eventually called in another technician! Guess what: no more leaks!

Well helped through the sale and received a familiar feeling. The technicians worked neatly and everything turned out well in the end. Job took longer than planned.

Heat pump broken, call emergency service but no one can solve it. I had to wait a few days because the one person who did know was on vacation. when someone finally came after 2 days, he didn't know anything about it either. Problem not solved with Christmas in the cold. Thank you Cornelissen, you have real great people working there!
