Very satisfied with Maqqie! Switched from a small agency to Maqqie because of more favorable payroll rates. Even though Maqqie is a much larger agency, I have very good personal contact with the account manager. Easily accessible on mobile and questions are answered quickly. Very satisfied!

Very bad payroll company. They work very messily, with wrong or no pay slips or not on time. For my small amount of transition compensation and holiday pay, I had to email 60 times, payment took longer than a month. Tiring and a big mess there, and I still haven't received my 2nd part of the transition payment pay slip after 2 months. I'm very happy I don't have to work with this messy company anymore, and for the people who have to work there, I say, good luck, because you need it!

Great payroll partner! We were very fortunate with contact person Luuk Visser, empathy, decisiveness and a high level of knowledge of the payrolling concept make Maqqie a solid partner as an IND referent!

Unfortunately not satisfied with the cooperation with this company. Since September last year, we have entered into a partnership with a cleaning company through Maqqie. From the beginning, a conscious/unconscious decision was made not to pay out allowance hours. There has been no communication at all from Maqqie about this. We have now been working for more than 2 months to ensure that these allowance hours are paid out. You must then have received your end-of-year bonus by December 15 at the latest, but it turns out that they have not paid this either. When you send an email, it is first picked up by customer service, and if you go into this matter in more depth, they do not respond, or it is suddenly picked up by the Legal department because it becomes too difficult. You will then receive one email with a brief explanation and calculation that is incorrect, you reply to this and then you will no longer receive a response. I do not recommend this form.
