I fully recommend BestBuySolar. They have been amazing from start to finish. Kai came to our house and spent a couple of hours checking the place, explaining everything and advicing the best locations and products to achieve our goals. The installation process was super quick as well - in 2 weeks, and the technicians (Jasik, Daniel, Omar) were really good, helpful and kind. They always have a smile in their face and the communication with them was superb. I highly recommend them!!!

Living on a houseboat my dream of installing sun panels was proving to be complicated. All the companies I contacted ended up either telling me that what I wanted wasn't possible or that I first needed to get a construction calculation for my roof, which was also proving to be annoyingly complicated. I had pretty much given up on sun panels when Kai from BestBuySolar contacted me. He had heard from a roofer that I was having problems and offered to help me figure out once and for all if sun panels were a possibility or not. The BestBuySolar team went above and beyond. They discussed every step and option with me, gave clear explanations about pros and cons, were patient in re-explaining, did their own calculations and discussed them with a construction company and never put me under any pressure to decide one way or another. They were incredibly supportive, friendly and patient. Unlike other companies they don't work with standardised options and are willing and able to think out of the box and look for solutions when standard options don't work. The installation day even came earlier than planned! It all went very smoothly, the installing team was friendly and tidy. I could not be happier with the results or with the process!

Based on Google reviews I called BestBuySolar, and I was not disappointed from the offer presented - 12 panels ,installation team and back office team, they provided great service. On the day of installation 8th sept 2023, due to the layout of my house and cable runs bringing power from the solar panels to the meterkas presented some obstacle's. However the team worked together to figure out the neatest and best solution. Thank you to Michael, Tim, Noah and Celanyo on site everything was neatly installed and working. Thank you to Ger for the mutiple calls and answering all my questions.

Really recommend it. The installation was quick and smooth and it was provided to me a even better panel than the initial accorded. Furthermore, the support from the salesman and the administration was very good.

Kai and his team do a great job. They come first to make a good analysis of the house and location of the panels and explain everything before hand and answer all your questions. Installation and aftercare is prefect. Good job guys!
