Don't join the sea! Poor quality, very low service and having a big mouth! Upon delivery there appeared to be a crack in the frame. A lot of whining from the seller that it wasn't his fault and that his carrier had broken it. I have nothing to do with this, the seller had to ensure correct delivery. The facade was very poorly packaged (tape on half the surfaces, dirt on the frame, only 1 loosely wound band!). As compensation, he wanted to repair the crack so that it is 'almost no longer visible'; However, this is underhanded! I refused and told him to do a better job, he charged extra costs for *his* defective facade for transport! The seller will let you know 1 day in advance when the door will arrive (after he has arranged the transporter) and if you are not present, you may pay transport costs again for changing the appointment. Transport is €400 each time!! And just when I thought it had finally been delivered, he didn't include the door handle. And he just wanted to bring it himself because he happened to be in the area. Ridiculous, worthless salesperson who doesn't care about the customer or satisfaction at all. Oh, and to give you an extra kick, you get a nasty, rusty key with it... =================== In response to your answer: No, it wasn't taken out of context. I'm just stating the facts! If you knew that your products could be damaged during transport, you should have covered yourself better against this with extra insurance or at least take photos of your products before sending them. But in the end, YOU are responsible for the delivery and you don't have to bother me with a random story about who damaged it. It's all about how you solve it. You did not know how to handle it correctly and tried to sell me a broken facade by repairing the damage in such a way that it is 'almost invisible'. How would you feel if I gave you 'almost all your money' and still expected a correct delivery? A rusty key, dirty parts and the door handle delivered a week later are not exaggerated, but simply FACTS!

At Kaapduin 1 and 3 and Poortlof in Almere-Poort, the doors of all large frames are too heavy, causing the frame to bulge and creating gaps through which rain, drafts and noise can pass. Venstershop.nl supplied defective window frames and also installed defective ones. And they do not respond to after-service or warranty. Forewarned...... Kaapduin 1 and 3 will legally enforce the guarantee in court.

I ordered five windows and a patio door from Venstershop. Top quality at a super price. Recommended!
