We have had particularly good experiences with Nancy van Wees. She is enthusiastic and takes the time to provide specific advice. After purchasing our 1930s home, it turned out that hardly any windows could be opened. Nancy came up with useful ideas for purchasing window frames that provide good insulation and at the same time give the house a more attractive appearance.

We had telephone contact about aluminum window frames, where we were told that we could view them in the showroom. So we assumed they had aluminum frames. The appointment was confirmed with an email. It is an hour's travel time for us, and took a little longer due to traffic jams. Once we arrived there, Bob van Wees turned out not to be there. No idea why not. We were allowed to take a look around ourselves, because his sister was busy with another customer. However, there were no aluminum frames at all. While we were explicitly told over the telephone that they did have this. Update: we have just been called to apologize and we will receive a refund for our transport costs. I think that's very neat, thanks!

Made a telephone appointment for advice in the showroom. When we arrived at the showroom on the agreed date and time, there appeared to be no one present. Tried several times to call the 030 number but there was no answer. I also tried several times via the 06 number, but I was pushed away here. Then returned home and sent an email. After 3 days I received a standard email saying that they were busy and that I should contact them by telephone to make an appointment in the showroom. Yes, nice, but I had already done that a few weeks ago. I replied that they apparently did not read my email properly as I had already made an appointment, but also indicated that I would be looking for another company. If the first appointment and communication goes this way, I don't want to know how the rest of the process goes.
