Update:It seems my review from last year was deleted for some reason (?!), so here we go again, I'm adding it so I can share my experience with this company, which is the purpose of Google review.
Update: they accepted to replace the leaking window by a new one and the job was done in March. So it took more than 8 months and lots of back and forths and threats to sue this company with the help of our lawyer to get this done!
Also, during the process of getting a new window replaced, they offered us a discount on the invoice (about 1.5% discount on a total invoice of more than 15k€! Lol, what a joke!).
Once the job was done, they asked us to pay the invoice without mentioning the discount so we had to claim it. They said they will apply the discount only if we remove our reviews! This companyis not only the worst ove ever delt with, so unprofessional and amateur, but it also threats its customers, when they've clearly been responsible for months of this situation.
DEFINITELY STAY AWAY FROM IT!
We contacted Reno Totaalbouw for urgent window replacement and a balcony door installation before our baby's birth in early July. Unfortunately, the experience turned into a nightmare. The living room window installation resulted in damages to the wood frame around, and the shelf(vensterbank) work was poorly done. The cutting were done very quickly and they just filled with a lot of silicon kit. The result is very ugly. The balcony door had incorrect dimensions, and despite requesting a full replacement, Reno Totaalbouw ordered parts and cut into the existing frame (which was originally delivered in a one piece), causing further inconveniences. More appointments were needed to fix damages and errors, including wind infiltration due to gaps within the PVC frame. So far, Reno Totaalbouw's response was that they will send someone to apply joint/kit. Such an unprofessional way of fixing it considering this balcony door is costing about 6000 euros. Currently awaiting a solution, we regret choosing them because they were the only company that could deliver before the arrival of our baby, and especially considering they were more expensive than competitors we received quotes from. Over four months later, promised windows are still pending. We had to involve VKG Keurmerk as Reno Totaalbouw failed to uphold expected standards and provide an adequate solution. In conclusion, we strongly discourage choosing Reno Totaalbouw for any projects. Their lack of professionalism and numerous mistakes make them an unreliable and unprofessional company to deal with.
