Our experience with Bogers has been great. They delivered quality products in a timely manner. The service and communication was also fantastic with regards to the installation process. I would definitely recommend Bogers.

This was installed in August 2019, but we are only now finishing the work on that floor. And all Bogers did will make it really hard to do anything nice in that room. They left weight bearing beams in the middle even if my partner asked for those to be removed, and replaced with a solution that will avoid him bumping his head. For the rest, there is no attention for detail. They used wrong braces size for one beam (picture 2), nothing is symmetrical, many double beams, most of which either are different size, with spaces in between. TLDR: Just a mess and a huge disappointment. Update, after Bogers reply: 1) Why did you reply in Dutch to someone that is clearly not fluent in your language? 2) That is incorrect, I have expressed dissatisfaction with many of the stages of the process of purchase (problems with permits), and installation. Furthermore what could you do if we expressed this to you in this format? The dormers were placed, and that's it. Additionally we already had to call the mechanic for the windows as most of them would not close anymore. Hope this helps.

We had our entire house fitted with new window frames, including the front door and patio doors to the garden, and we are more than satisfied with the result! The frames are of excellent quality and the installation team were extremely professional and friendly. They took the time to install everything perfectly and made sure we were completely satisfied with the end result. We can already notice that our house is warmer and more comfortable thanks to the new window frames.
