      Edit: Martijn (Ops Lead) has offered a sincere apology and generous discount and rescheduled the work where the team showed up on time, was very friendly and did a good job. 4 out of 5 because of the initial nuisance. Org: We have contracted their services for exterior wall insulation. We have scheduled an installation day months ahead. Then we have been contacted one day before to reschedule the time for later that day which we agreed. I have called the company 45 minutes before the scheduled time to double check for the appointment and they confirmed it. Then 30 minutes later after no one showed up, I have called the company and they have put me on hold and got the information that they were understaffed due to sickness and cannot come today and want to schedule for a different day. We have decided not to work with them given they didn't bother to call us that they couldn't make to the scheduled time and would not, unless if I haven't called them.

      The company called them to say that mold appeared on the wall after insulation. There would also be a follow-up check to see if the insulation was good, never saw anyone, they would immediately check for the mold, so neither. The grilles were secured in the wall itself with two screws because they had done it quickly with one. So the conclusion is that money within service is gone, these people do not stand for customer satisfaction, only for collecting money.

      The first time insulating with beads did not go well, the glue was not mixed well with the beads. As a result, I always suffer from loose pearls. Even though this had already happened in 2016, Isolatie Gilde resolved this well. The walls were emptied again and re-insulated in February 2024.

      Oscar was quickly at my home (on the same day I received the call) but unfortunately they could not insulate my floor. I did receive honest advice.

      In the beginning it seems to go smoothly: a quick and clear quotation. But then the hassle starts. First party arrives at the door, did not know that contamination had to be removed from the cavity wall. They couldn't do that, so nothing isolated. The next appointment was only possible a month later. The new party does not show up (after calling, it turns out that it is 'sick'). We would be called back by the planning department who had already been on the phone at that time. When I called later that day, the lady suddenly turned out to be 'sick' as well. There is no one else in the entire office who can make a schedule. Or can provide decent service. Help yourself, and DO NOT use this party. Also an unclear construction between the insulation guild and Alpine Insulation... Who you are actually in contact with: no idea.
