Got solar panels installation service just 2 days ago and so satisfied so far as a customer on how they communicate from the beginning of my request for proposal to the end of installation. Staffs approached so friendly and tried to figure out considering my requests concerns while mounting. Customer service is always easy to reach out and overall, I highly recommend them.

As an expat in the Netherlands, somtimes it is not easy to find a constractor to do something because the language barrier and cultrue difference. But my experience with JD Energy is very nice. Some examples below: 1. Other vendors say only 6 panels are possible because of my roof extensions (dakkapel). JD nicely plan 9 panels, which meets my expections. 2. Lex nicely persuaded me the deal with good offer. 3. Two gentelmen (I forgot the names) installed the panels within 3 hours, quitely and promtly. That day was super hot I remember. But job still nicely done. 4. Eletrician came later to install the Enphase box and connection neatly. Also helped me to sort out a bit on the messy cables from my washer/drying machines/cupboard. 5. After installation, 2 out 9 panels are not properly sign-off so not generating power. I called JD and they remotely fix the issue. 6. Enphase box sometimes got offline in the App. JD sent Martijn to fix the issue quickly. In short, quite satifised with the installation and service! Just recommend to expats and also of course non-expats :-)

Very good communication , and fast efficiency installation. only took 2 hours time finished 13 panels and inverter installation. All panels function normally. Strongly recommend JD Energy System BV to all my friends who intends to install solar panel.
