There are no good words to describe this experience with 3D consultancy. What is clear is that this party is very much focused on the commercial aspect of their own business, purely based on their own interests. It is putting it lightly when I say that filing 2 tax returns with 3D has caused me a lot of stress, from not submitting the tax return on time to not answering questions or attempting to contact me. The file is accepted, the deal is completed and then things go downhill very quickly and you are placed on the lonely sidelines. I don't think I'm exaggerating when I say I made 60 phone calls trying to reach them to inspect progress. They consciously stretch the tax authorities' deadlines, which has caused extra stress. When the tax return has been submitted and the tax authorities ask for a simple explanation, they refuse to cooperate, the tax authorities official is ignored (the man has already tried to contact him 7 times) and this party does not respond. . To then send emails to me with the message that he cannot provide insight into how he arrived at a certain result of a report due to my unprofessional attitude. Understand who can understand. What the tax authorities have to do with this is a mystery. So the professionalism leaves much to be desired. You would think that someone would subordinate their own self to answering a government service that simply asks how they arrived at a certain result, so that the declaration can be processed. I hold 3D consultancy personally responsible for putting pressure on the collaboration by apparently consciously failing to communicate substantively to me. I was threatened by the manager that he would start a lawsuit if I posted a review. I have been belittled in my entrepreneurship by statements such as you don't have a business after all. Taking into account that 3D knows nothing about this and it was indeed about the closing of a financial year of a closed company. The manager forgets that he is the professional and that I purchase a service from him and that they themselves have put pressure on the collaboration. As a customer you shouldn't think anything of that. When I asked for inspection by the tax authorities, 3D asked me again for everything I had already sent to him, which I found strange and made me doubt the professional insight into my file. As if they had to completely recalculate everything again. I asked questions about this and because of all the stress this match has already caused me, I have expressed my dissatisfaction. It turns out that 3D cannot process that and now I have to pay 750 euros again, according to him, to submit my tax returns to another party. It is also said that I am the one who does not understand how it is calculated. Well, I think you are the expert, why not take 5 minutes to explain it to an official who is not involved in the conflict. Very spiteful. In my opinion, 3 D consultancy takes on so many customers (because raising money appears to be more important than satisfying its customers) that they can no longer guarantee professional file management. As a customer, you contact such a party to arrange everything properly and get financial peace, but on the contrary, these people have caused me so much stress. Or no, not all people, the employees were always very human and understood the situation. The file manager, who is the manager, never called back. Naturally, I am not simply going to have my income tax calculated again from A to Z and I am therefore now forced to take further steps. It is total negligence of the essence for which you become a customer of theirs and your own self takes precedence over the proper completion of a file. This collaboration would have proceeded normally with normal file management.
