Forthum

Started as a self-employed person in June and became a Forthum customer on the advice of a fellow company. Good guidance from the start when starting up and carrying out the administration and accounting. B was given as a permanent contact person, but the other employees also knew who I was when I called. What is not in a hurry, I arrange by email with my contact person, where he responds within 1 or 2 days. As far as I'm concerned, a great company.

Had a lot of problems with this company. Certainly by Mr. B. B. You have no contact with these 'people'. Unreasonable! I'm not going to elaborate too much on it, but it's just outrageous how they treat people! I would say don't push it!!!

I don't want to say too much about it, this is not a reliable party, I am very disappointed with the way they treat their customers. Can't reach anyone, won't call back. This caused enormous problems.

Spent 1 year with them. Didn't have a good experience. You pay monthly to be ignored, to have to chase them and not to be taken seriously. Perhaps “large” companies experience this differently. But I don't recommend you to deal with this company.
