I just want to say something. Last year the mechanic took much longer during the maintenance. Particularly with the outdoor unit Hood. This mechanic was done really quickly and spent a lot of time sitting in his van in the sun with a cigarette. When I went to see where he was, he told me he couldn't make a packing slip because of a deposit? It surprised me. Perhaps your working method has changed? but I still wanted to say this and now Julie is asking for my findings, so here you go

Great company! We were looking for air conditioning and immediately came across a few cowboys who really go for the big bucks. I ended up here through a friend. The same day someone came to have a look and when we said we would do it, we were able to install it after a week. Friendly, good explanation and a very good price. Absolutely great

Jeffrey first came by for an inspection. We wanted 1 or 2 air conditioners depending on what was possible and/or necessary for proper cooling. Honest advice and everything discussed. Ultimately received a quote for 2 air conditioners from 2 different brands. Then you can choose what you want to go for as a customer. Appointment was possible within 2 months. Nice and fast. The men who came had a hands-on mentality. I wanted 1 outdoor unit in a different location as that was discussed during the inspection, no problem, it was arranged immediately. The men did a good job and showed respect for the customer's belongings and belongings, including the new floor covering, which was taped off as much as possible. After installation, the entire operation is explained and the WiFi is installed, cleaned up and vacuumed (!) But here it comes: 1 of the outdoor units was installed on a dormer window, so that every time the compressor started, the sound resonated strongly in the dormer window with the necessary humming noises in the bedroom, it even woke me up. Very annoying and this was also reported to Dairco. An appointment was made without any problem to resolve this problem. The outdoor unit is now hanging outside on a wall where we are no longer bothered by this annoying hum! Very neatly solved, in short, if we still need air conditioning, we immediately go to Dairco Air Conditioning.
