Replaced my unit yesterday with a multisplit unit. We had a unit from a different brand in the bedroom. This unit has been replaced by a Mitsubishi multisplit. the entire process was completed quickly and professionally. We communicated back and forth a few times about the unit in the living room, we did not want it white, we wanted a different color. Dismantling the old unit was quickly done and reinstalled with my daughter. Installation also went very smoothly. We are very happy with it. The unit in the Living Room fits well. Very good and professional staff. Thanks again.

Very good experience, highly recommended. Price/quality excellent and very good work done. Despite changes to the setup at the last minute (from 2 to 3 outdoor units), everything was arranged neatly and quickly. We were able to discuss the pipework well and were given many options to choose from. Friendly and skilled installers and they finished everything neatly and left it behind.

Totally unburdened! 2 years ago we had a beautiful house in mind, we had to completely renovate it and we wanted it to be 100% sustainable (0 per meter). During our research I came across Indoor Climate Expert, Rik Hilgeman. He gave us good and understandable advice. A year later we bought the house and I met Rik again. I have now spoken to several parties, but the Indoor Climate Expert story stuck with me. Rik came by and gave a lot of tips and advice on location. We then placed the order for the heat pump. During construction I had concerns about the underfloor heating. Spoke to various parties, but during Rik's inventory I heard something different. Still, Rik decided to call again and ask if he had a good party for installing the underfloor heating. Also gave that order to BinnenKlimaatExpert and it was executed very well. The installation took place at the end of August 2023. In the meantime, I had also placed an order for 5 air conditioning units, everything arrived at the same time. Once on the day of installation, they advised me to first completely finish the wall in the living room before placing the units against the wall. Decided to hang the 2 units later so there was enough time to finish the walls. The other 3 are installed in the bedrooms. Edgar and his team come over for a week to install 3 air conditioners and a heat pump. What nice guys they are, they think along, nothing is too much and they work neatly. After 4 days everything was operational. After extensive testing, she delivered the installation! I am surprised by the technology! It does what Rik had already indicated 2 years ago. I still had questions during use, I app and I was helped immediately. Rik indicates that he will come by to explain the system to me, so that we can set it up together. Conclusion: Good and reliable party. Skilled and flexible, with a high level of service. You pay for quality, but despite that a good price/quality ratio. Recommended!
